    Using a GLOBALRA.MNU, makes my type 40 screens add lines at the bottom.

    Using the 'GLOBALRA.MNU' can  cause your 'Type 40' screens to add
    some extra lines to the end of the menu.    This is easily solved
    by placeing a ';' in the User display field of every entry in the
    'GLOBALRA.MNU'.
